2、 Material inspection:
The size and appearance of waterproof coiled materials must meet the requirements of specifications and product instructions.
3、 Operating conditions:
1. The base course shall be basically dry, and the waterproof layer shall be made after the surface is dry (the moisture content shall not be greater than 9%).
2. The flashing slope of the base course is more than 2%, and no ponding is allowed.
3. Cement mortar shall be plastered into small round corners at corners of the base course.
4. The materials must be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. It is strictly prohibited to contact with water.
5. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the storage and construction sites.
4、 Full adhesion of coiled material:
Position in advance to make the laying position of coiled material accurate. The primer shall be applied thinly, without leakage or accumulation. After it is dried to the point where it does not stick to the hands, the coil shall be fully melted. When pasting, the coiled material shall not be stretched. After pasting, roll forward and to both sides with rubber roller to exhaust air, so that the coiled material is firmly stuck to the facade base course.
5、 Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to damage the waterproof layer with construction tools or sharp objects. It is forbidden to mix mortar on the waterproof layer.
2. The place where materials are stored and the construction site must be well ventilated.
3. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the material storage and construction sites.
